T-20 world cup 2012 host by Sri Lanka and the first match will be play in Mahinda Rajapaksa International Stadium, Hambantota on Tue Sep 18 at 7:30 pm between Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe. 4 Groups (A,B,C & D) are in Twenty-Twenty WC 2012 each group having 3 (Three) teams. Future Cricket Tour Programs (FTP) announced the hosting of t20 world cup 2012 in the favor of Sri Lanka. This year Asia having lots of cricket events. In the ICC files there is no sequence for the T20 WC. The first T20 wc played in 2007 where Chris Gayle wrote history in t20 cricket, he made his 1st century in t20 World Cup. ICC Cricket World Cup 2012 begun in the moth of September, now this time cricket changing its shape and try to coming towards minimum time consuming sport in world. Now this time teams play different types of cricket in different countries in which Super sixes and like this many more will be played at national level, the one thing is that ICC (International Cricket Council) didn’t support that type of tournaments. After the starting of the leagues local matches senior players suggest to ICC that they have to leave T20 matches at International level, they said Twenty-20 matches will be played only in Leagues.
